Lift the Brow, Open the Eyes
A brow lift, also called a forehead lift, addresses drooping brows, deep forehead creases, and the furrowed lines between the brows that can make you look tired, angry, or older than you feel. By elevating the brow to a more youthful position, the procedure opens the eyes and restores a naturally alert, refreshed expression.
Dr. Win Pound performs both endoscopic brow lifts (minimally invasive, with small incisions hidden in the hairline) and direct or temporal brow lifts depending on the patient's anatomy and degree of ptosis. The endoscopic approach is preferred for most patients, offering excellent results with minimal scarring and a faster recovery.
A brow lift is frequently combined with eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) or a facelift for comprehensive facial rejuvenation. Recovery is typically 1–2 weeks, with swelling and bruising resolving over 2–3 weeks.
