Hi, I'm Brittany, and I work as a Medical Assistant here at Win Pound, MD Plastic Surgery. I assist Dr. Pound during procedures, help prepare patients for surgery, and make sure our clinical areas run smoothly. I enjoy being part of each patient's journey and love seeing the confidence and happiness that comes after surgery or treatment — my goal is to make you feel comfortable, cared for, and supported at every step of your visit.
I'm often the first person you'll meet when you call or visit our office. Hi, I'm Elizabeth, and I serve as the Practice Manager and Surgery Coordinator here at Win Pound, MD Plastic Surgery. I wear many hats in our office, but my favorite role — without question — is helping patients feel genuinely comfortable and confident as they move through the surgical process. Deciding to have surgery is a big step, and I believe every patient deserves a guide who is organized, knowledgeable, and truly invested in their experience.
From your very first phone call to the morning of your procedure and beyond, I'm here to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I coordinate surgical scheduling, pre-operative appointments, facility arrangements, and post-operative follow-up — handling the logistics so you can focus entirely on your preparation and recovery. I work closely with Dr. Pound and our entire team to ensure that every detail is in place well before your surgery date.
I also oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, which means I'm deeply familiar with every aspect of your care — from insurance and financing questions to pre-op instructions and what to expect on surgery day. My goal is simple: to make your experience as organized, stress-free, and personalized as possible, so you can walk into your procedure feeling prepared, supported, and at ease.
